From October 15th–17th, 2019, Qingdao Primedicine Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., under the arrangements and coordination of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, participated in the “Famous School Tour of Qingdao Talents Recruitment” (Beijing Recruitment Week) recruitment and promotion program in Beijing.

The recruitment and promotion program was conducted in five universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Renmin University of China, and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Primedicine Pharmaceutical Technology comprehensively participated in the program and extensively promoted and leveraged the program’s multiplier effect in talent attraction, managing to capture the attention of high-end R&D talents who can help in the company’s long-term development.

In the morning of October 16th, Qingdao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau held an exclusive campus recruitment program at Renmin University of China, where it introduced key policies, such as talent settlement, housing security, platform construction, etc. Utilizing this opportunity, Primedicine offered detailed answers to the candidates on Qingdao’s current talent reserve project and the support plan of the postdoctoral platform. It also answered questions on development opportunities, corporate culture, employment requirements, salary, and the welfare system in the subsequent face-to-face meeting, which had a good promotional effect.

During these recruitments in the five campuses, Primedicine received 29 resumes, including 4 from doctoral candidates, 23 from master’s candidates, and 2 from undergraduate students. The number of talents with a master's or doctoral degree accounted for 93% of the total resumes received. Following this, Primedicine will screen the resumes strictly and arrange for follow-up interviews.
